Earl Franklin Pickin

Earl Franklin Pickin, 70 of Rome, GA (he's from Albany, GA but he lived the last 10 years in Rome) passed away on March 15, 2020. He was born on Nov 26, 1949, in Albany, GA and was the son of the late William (Bill) Francis Pickin and Toye Mae Pickin. He was also proceeded n death by his brother Joey Pickin. He was a Veteran of the US Army and served in the Vietnam war. He is survived by his Daughter, Pam Howell, grand-daughter Alisha Raines, 3 great-grandchildren, two brothers, and many nieces and nephews.
