Audrey Harriett Lassiter

The family of Audrey Lassiter, of Newnan, GA. I am saddened to announce her passing on June 19th 2025, at age 87. She was born in Chipley, Fl to Raymond and Bertha Lassiter.. She grew up in Malone, Fl and attended Malone High School, class of 1956

She was preceded in death by her son, Ted Glass, sister Jeanette Anderson and brother Charles Lassiter.

After raising her children she worked in retail for 35 years. She opened clothing stores in Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. In 2007 she moved to Georgia to be closer to her daughter.

She is survived by her daughter Tami Glass Holmes. (Gary). Grandchildren, Zachary Holmes and Meagan Rogers (Bric). Great grandchildren,

Archer Rogers and Caroline Bergeron. She was also “MeMa” to her surrogate great-granddaughters Zoe and Leila Crank

As per her request, there will not be a funeral. A small burial service will be held at a later date. She will be laid to rest next to her son and parents.
