Connie Lee Wood

Connie Lee (Kell) Wood, age 69, of Woodstock, Georgia, passed away on November 5, 2025. She was born on July 23, 1956, in Atlanta, Georgia.

Connie was preceded in death by her mother, Francis Cook; stepfather, Lester Cook; and her brother, Tad Cook. She is survived by her father, Raymond Kell; brothers, Donald Kell, Rusty Cook, and Tony Cook; sister, Rhonda Kell; sons, Dawson Wood and Nick Wood; daughter, Christina Stephenson; and five grandchildren.

Connie grew up in Alpharetta, Georgia, and lived in several places throughout her life, including 22 years in Woodstock, Georgia, and 25 years in Lake Worth, Florida, before returning to Georgia.

She enjoyed painting, baking, and had a distinctive sense of humor. Connie was known for her independent nature and her free spirit, which stayed with her throughout her life.
