David Elbert Milligan 63 of Griffin Georgia passed away at Wellstar Spaulding Regional Hospital on Saturday, August 24th, 2019. The Navy Veteran was Born in Rainsville Alabama on September 3rd, 1955, Mother Yvonne Townsel. David is survived by his Children Michael Johnson (spouse Michelle) Nedina Lewis, Amanda Bell (spouse Cody).8 Grandchildren Hunter Johnson (spouse Mckenzie) Holdon Johnson, Luke, Kyle, and Skylynn Lewis, Jada Sims, Xander, and Wyatt Bell. Great Grandchild Julianna Johnson. David was always the life of the party. A true southern man who loved Alabama football and NASCAR but somehow hated sweet tea. He loved to tell stories and loved making people laugh. He is loved and will be greatly missed.
