Felix was born on November 20th, 1948, in Cayetano Germosen, Dominican Republic.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Elsa Pichardo; their four children, Oneida, Inizy, Otniel and Izylis; nine grandchildren, Mykah, Xylis, Paryis, Arianna, Isaiah, Amaiya, Cristina, Oziyas, and Sophia and in-laws, Lashawn, Darling and James.
Felix was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He was a business owner and an expert welder with a passion for baseball and playing dominoes.
