Glover Lee Sarvis Jr

Glover Lee Sarvis Jr, aged 86, passed away peacefully, on May 22nd, at Tranquility Hospice of Kennesaw Mountain. He was born on September 18th to the parents of Glover Lee Sarvis Sr and Hilda Catherine Brannon and grew up in Apalachicola, Florida. He married Juanna Cheryl (Thompson) Sarvis on March 6th, 1966 in Tallahassee, Florida and this year they celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. He was a teacher in Thomas County and Clayton County Schools. Glover loved fishing, traveling, reading, watching movies and playing games with friends. He and Cheryl traveled to 86 different countries after they retired. He was known by his upbeat attitude and warm smile. He is survived by his wife Cheryl and sons Jason Lee Sarvis (Keilla) and Brandon Lee Sarvis (Melissa), as well as, grandchildren, Carol, Daniel, Emerson, Bryson, and Grayson.

His cremains will be interred in July on the family plot at Laural Hill Cemetery in Thomasville, GA.
