Gordon Bailey Stoner, Jr., passed away on October 5, 2025, at MeSun Hospice in Lawrenceville, Georgia, with his sister by his side.
Born on May 22, 1958, in Atlanta, Georgia, Gordon was the son of the late Betty Herndon Stoner and Gordon Bailey Stoner, Sr. He was also preceded in death by his parents.
Gordon had a passion for travel—he enjoyed cruises and visited many states across the country. His work delivering parts for Rick Hendrick Motors allowed him to spend time on the road, which he truly loved.
After a courageous two-year battle with MDS and leukemia, Gordon passed peacefully.
He is survived by his devoted sister, Ginger Brown of Jefferson; nephews Hunter Brown (Anna) of Hoschton and Dustin Brown of Buford; great-niece Caroline Brown and great-nephew Tolen Brown; as well as several cousins and many friends. He also leaves behind his lifelong friends, Jimmy Wehunt & Darryl Hopper.
Gordon will be cremated, and his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
