Greg Peterson, 55, of Dallas, GA, walked into the presence of our Lord & Savior peacefully, on June 3rd, 2026.

He was born June 11, 1970, at Eglin AFB, Ft. Walton Beach, FL, son of the late Robert "Bobby" Peterson & Linda Gaskins-Peterson.

Greg was preceded in death by Grandparents: Max & Willie Mae Peterson, as well as Lewis & Ruby Gaskins. Uncles: Billy Peterson, Larry Peterson, and Sebron " Sebo" Gaskins.

Greg had an incredible ability to make people laugh. His laughter was infectious as well .

Greg felt most at peace when he was on the lake fishing. He was a wonderful cook, and a Knife Maker, where he spent many hours crafting knives to gift to his co-workers.

Greg worked in the construction industry for many years before landing at his beloved Eric'sons Dura Trench, where he spent the last 10 years, as a Welding Manager, eventually becoming the New Employee Trainer, There wasn't much he didn't know about the shop floor, and his absence is truly felt throughout this business, which quickly became his 2nd family.

Greg is survived by his loving Wife, Angie Peterson, his rock, always offering unwavering support and infinite love.

His cherished children, Sons, Mich Peterson (Canton, GA), Jagger Peterson (Canton, GA) & Blane Worsham (Dallas, GA), daughter, Diamond (Cody) Abernathy (Canton, GA).

His Grandchildren, Boatwright " Bo" Peterson, Caroline Rebel Peterson, & Archer "Archie' Abernathy,

His Mother, Linda Gaskins-Peterson (Pensacola, FL), Brothers, Tony & Cheryl Peterson (Pensacola, FL), Clayton & Dawn Peterson (Clarksville, TN), Kyle Peterson (Pensacola, FL) , Sister, Marcy Peterson (Okeechobee, FL), several extended family members, as well as his 2 Furbabies, Cash & Judy.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on June 26, 2026, Lake Swan Pavilion, 531 Lake Swan Ct., Hiram, GA 30141 @ 6 pm.
