James Pittman Lewis

Heavens gates opened wide as Jesus welcomed James Pittman Lewis home on 12-8-2025. Born in Sandersville Georgia, lived the past 23 years in the Atlanta area. 

He was preceded in death by both parents, W.J. and Bertha Lewis, Sister Linda Copeland, brothers Ricky and Donald Lewis. He leaves behind his wife Donna Lewis, daughters Lauren Lewis (Darryl) Jennifer Farmer (Ryan), and Lisa Waters. Grand children Gracelynn, Luke, Braiden, Jayce and Braylinn, as well as nieces and nephews and many loyal friends. 

He was a retired crane operator and enjoyed spending time with family and friends, His favorite roll was being Pop to his grandchildren who will miss him greatly. James is now safe in the arms of Jesus.
