Joan Alberto Paniagua

Joan Alberto Paniagua, of Summerville, South Carolina, passed away peacefully and went to heaven on January 21, 2026.

Joan was born on June 19, 1984, in La Romana, Dominican Republic, and was the son of Elsa Damaris Paniagua Medina.

Joan is survived by his children, Joanna Paniagua, Joaily Paniagua, Josairi Paniagua, and Johan Paniagua; his wife, Jennifer Paniagua; his mother, Elsa Damaris Paniagua; and his sister, Marilisy De La Cruz.Joan lived a life filled with joy, laughter, and love. He was known for his fun personality, his sense of humor and his ability to make people smile. Joan brought happiness wherever he went and truly lived life with a joyful heart. His laughter will forever be remembered.A man of faith, Joan believed in God and carried that faith throughout his life. His family finds comfort in knowing that he is now at peace, resting in the loving arms of the Lord, free from pain and surrounded by eternal peace. May the Lord welcome Joan into His loving arms, grant him eternal rest, and shine His perpetual light upon him. May his memory be a blessing to all who knew and loved him.
