Judi Darlene Callahan-Hagaman, age 69, of Woodstock, Georgia, passed away on June 10, 2026.
Born on October 3, 1956, Judi was the daughter of the late William James Jackson and Barbara Watkins Jackson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Lamar Jackson.
Judi was a hardworking and devoted woman who touched the lives of many. Alongside her husband, Phillip, she owned and operated Dixie Mini Warehouse in Woodstock, where she sold VIP Racing Fuel for many years. She also proudly worked as a server at Waffle House for more than 20 years, a job she truly loved and where she formed countless friendships.
Judi is survived by her loving husband, Phillip Hagaman; her daughters, Amber Klaas (Jeremy) of Dalton and Dianna Adcox of Gainesville; her son, Rocky T. Meeks (Robin) of Dahlonega; her grandchildren, Kelsey McReynolds, Emonie McReynolds (Marcus Muriithi), Marcus McReynolds, Jr., Jessica Vaughn (Kasey), Alex Klaas, Emily Klaas, Grantland Klaas, Billy Bullard, Thomas Meeks, Madison Meeks, Lindsey Meeks, Stephanie Meeks, Jimmy Bright and Nicole Russell; her sister, Diane Hunter; her nephews, Jonathan Hunter and Travis Hunter; her dearest friend, June Nance (Larry); and her beloved dog, Kelly.
Judi was known for her strong spirit, quick wit, and unforgettable personality. Some of her favorite sayings were, “Don’t be greedy!” and “Don’t worry about other people’s wagons—you’re not the one who has to answer for them. Just worry about your own.” She was a fighter through and through—strong, resilient, and never afraid to speak her mind. She would cuss you in a minute. While she would be the first to admit she wasn’t perfect, she was a devoted wife, mother, and Nana who loved her family fiercely. Her laughter, honesty, and larger-than-life presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A memorial service celebrating Judi’s life will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Woodstock Church of Christ, 219 Rope Mill Road, Woodstock, Georgia 30188.
In keeping with Judi’s wishes, family and friends are invited to continue celebrating her life following the service at her home, located at 610 Savannah Way, Woodstock, Georgia 30189, beginning at 2:00 p.m. and continuing for as long as the stories, laughter, and memories last. All are welcome.
