Madeline Suzanne (Suzie) Tipton

Madeline Suzanne “Suzie” Tipton, age 71, of Doraville, Georgia, passed away on September 13, 2026, following a brief battle with liver cancer.

Suzie was born on August 12, 1955, in Port Hueneme, California, to John Wellons Berger and Nancy Caroline Hitchcock.

Suzie was the loving wife of Phillip Edward Tipton and a devoted mother to her daughters, Rachael Harris and Stephanie Foster. Affectionately known as “Oma” to her family and friends, she was a cherished grandmother to Ashton, Jaylen, Noella, and Maddie.

Suzie’s love for her family and the memories they shared will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed and will live forever in their hearts.
