Marie Earnhart Barrett

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Marie Earnhart Barrett, a beloved resident of Kennesaw, Georgia, who died peacefully on November 13, 2024, at the age of 82. Born January 17, 1942, in Atlanta, Georgia, Marie was predeceased by her husband, Charles Barrett Jr., and her daughter, Karen Barrett.

Marie's memory will be cherished by her son, Charles Barrett, and daughter-in-law, Josephine Barrett, of Dallas, Georgia; her granddaughter, Ashley Barrett Leslie Stewart daughter; her grandchildren, Daniel, Shelby, John, and Emily Summerour; and her two great-grandchildren, Iyla (age 2) and Dean (age 3 months).

Following a brief struggle with dementia, Marie passed away surrounded by the love of her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
