Michele Denise Collins

Michele Denise Collins, 52, of Dallas, Georgia went to be with the Lord on Jan 18, 2026.

She was born October 9, 1973 in Dallas, Texas and was the daughter of Emmit Leon Lee, Sr. and Brenda Yarborough.

She was preceded in death by her father, and both her maternal and paternal grandparents.

She graduated with a degree in social services from Valdosta State University, and only worked for two companies – AirTran Airlines, and Home Depot – post graduation.

She enjoyed reading, crafting, and baking, and was devoted to her family more than anything in the world. She provided a light to many in both her personal and business life, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Michael T. Collins, Jr.; step-daughter, Megan; her mother, Brenda; her mother-in-law, Joyce; her brother, Emmit; her sister, Elizabeth; her nephew, Hunter; her niece, Dacey and her two dogs – Finnbar and Belle.

A memorial service will be held on January 31, 2026 at 12:00 pm ET, at: 

St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church
