Natalie Renae Wood

Today, we celebrate and honor the life of Natalie Renae Wood. She was born in Atlanta, Ga to Virginia Mae Wood and Willie Rufus Wood. Renae (as she was called by family) graduated from Southwest High in 1978 and attended the University of West Georgia and Atlanta Junior College. She spent the majority of her life living in service for God and for her family. She was a kind, compassionate, and loving woman who wasn't afraid to speak up when needed.

Those left to honor her life include her father: Rufus Wood; daughters: Alpalonia Woods & Autumn Woods; grand children: Joseph Fambro, Ashlyn Fambro (Miracle), & Christopher Brooks Jr. (Cj); brothers: Wendell Wood & Quinton Wood; niece & nephews: Jasmine Wood, Wendell Wood Jr., & William Wood, and a host of relatives of the Tallington, Warner and Wood family.
