Ralph Anthony Barnhorn, Jr.

Tony, 67 of Acworth, Georgia went to heaven on August 13, 2025.

Tony was born Ralph Anthony Barnhorn Jr. on December 16, 1957 in St. Louis, MO. He was the third of four children.

He was preceded in death by his parents Ralph Sr. and Lilly Belle Barnhorn.

Tony spent his childhood in Alton, IL then moving to Clearwater, FL as a teen, married and after 17 years, moved to Acworth, GA. Tony was a self-made man, who found his artistic abilities early in life and was driven to perfection in his chosen career as a carpenter/builder. He enjoyed playing the piano, by ear, and tinkering with gadgets creating works of art. However the joy of his life was his family. He was devoted and loving to his wife of 47 years, their children and grand-daughters, as well as his siblings and their families. He based all of his success as a man in this world on the gifts and love of the Lord Jesus Christ. He lived to the best of his ability following Romans 12:1-21.

Tony is survived by his wife, Patty, his children Nicole & Nathan Raptis, their daughter Alexandria, Crissie & Greg Mims, their daughters Emma & Alexis, Bobby & Krista Barnhorn, their daughter Amelia. He leaves behind his siblings, Linda & Jim Liller, their 5 children and many grands, Thom & Rayma Barnhorn, their daughter and her family, Kathy & Dave Creamer, their son and daughter and grands. He also leaves behind his dog, Piper and two cats, Beau & Sunny, they keep looking for him to return.

Friday, September 5, 2025 at Summit Baptist Church

4310 Moon Station Lane, Acworth, GA 30101

Visitation 2:00pm - Ceremony 3:00pm
