Sandra Lee Kent

Sandra Lee Hamm Kent, 83, of Newnan, Georgia passed away in her sleep on September 26, 2026. Born in Rochester, New York, the third of four daughters to Leo and Veronica Hamm, she was preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert, sister Jean, and sister Jo Ann. Sandra is survived by her sister Norene Zlatkin of Arden, NC, daughters Jacqueline Kent of Grantville, GA, Patricia (Michael) Bedell of Newnan, GA, and Deborah (Jeffrey) Rogers of Griffin, GA; grandchildren April Rogers, Davis Rogers, and Emily Bedell.

Sandra enjoyed a great meal, going to the movies, and watching horror flicks. She worked as a server for several years at the Waffle House and enjoyed the relationships that she built with her customers.

Sandra will be greatly missed and leaves a big hole in our hearts. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and the rock of the family.

Sandra requested there be no funeral/service.
