Surmanthia Lee Randall

In the early morning hours on Thursday, January 22, 2026, Surmanthia (Mandi) Randall passed away at Emory Decatur Hospital in Decatur, GA. The cause of death was due to complications of Alzheimer's disease. By her side were her husband, Lawrence, her daughter, Shealagh, and Shealagh's husband, Mike.

Mandi was born in Oakland, California, on August 6, 1962. She was soon adopted by Lewis and Dorothy Hayes. Mandi graduated from San Carlos High School in 1980 and was involved with several organizations while at San Carlos. Mandi was a gentle soul with a big, kind, and loving heart.

Mandi is survived by her husband, Lawrence, her daughter, Shealagh, Her Daughter's husband, Mike, and her brother, Layfette.

Mandi is proceeded in death by her mother, Dorothy Hayes, and her father, Lewis Hayes.

Mandi found her way back to our Lord and Savior, and the rest is history...
