Theresa Anne Kiesgen

Theresa “Terri” Anne Kiesgen, 66, of Woodstock, GA passed away peacefully on the morning of July 8, 2025, at WellStar North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, GA from complications due to a recent stroke, with her family by her side. Theresa, better known as Terri to friends and family, was born May 7, 1959, in Middlesex, England to the late Mr. Delano Frank Migliori and Christina Maugarete O’Brien. She and her sister Lisa later were brought back to the States where her mother remarried and was raised by the late Alberto L. Hernandez of Tampa, FL as his daughter.

Growing up in Tampa, FL with her sisters Lisa and Tina Hernandez she relocated to Kennesaw, GA with her late spouse Dana Mark Kiesgen in the early 1980’s. Terri had an artistic eye and vision in photography leading her to be a great Freelance Stylist for major companies across Georgia. Whenever Terri had the chance of travel she would take in the scenes and take pictures to collect beautiful memories. She loved to drive her FORD Mustang on scenic routes, while listening to a wide variety of music and the beach! Terri had a heart for animals but most of all the four-legged ones. Most often little kittens would find their way to her where she would take them in and care for them with no question. She would often make sure the strays would have a dry place to lay and food in their bellies.

Knowing Terri, you would know she valued her family and had a close bond. Being the eldest of three girls she attempted to keep the family together throughout the years. She found her way back into the Atlanta area in 2012 after being back in Tampa, FL for a short time where she had to retire due to illness. She made her home in Woodstock, GA with her significant other Chris “Cj” Sandoval where she became a homemaker until the present day.

Enjoying life to its fullest she leaves behind for us to cherish beautiful and joyful memories shared her surviving sisters Lisa M. Oliva (Migliori) of Douglas, GA; Tina A. Hernandez of Tampa, FL. Nieces Renee Galindo of Baxley, GA /April (Juan) Alba of Douglas, GA/ Fard A. Muhammad of Tampa, FL. Six great nieces and nephews; Cristian Torres, Ariana Lara of Hazlehurst, GA/ Ryan, Rosi, Reylynn of Baxley, GA and Alexander Alba of Douglas, GA. Multiple bonus nieces and nephews as well as her partner Chris “Cj” Sandoval of Woodstock, GA and his children Kayla (Phillip) Jordan having three little ones calling her “Memaw” and Joe Sandoval. A multitude of bonus family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

In accordance with her wish's cremation has taken place and following cremation family and friends will hold a private “Celebration of Life" ceremony at a later date.
