Tim passed away after battling recent heart issues. Formerly of St. Paul, MN, most recently lived in Smyrna, GA. Survived by his brother, Brian Lowinske; sister-in-law, Tracy; nephews, Dylon, Cody; and niece, Alayna. Tim's passion in life included his dogs; Callie and Dakota, playing tennis, golf, and his extensive involvement in the Blood Sweat and Gears Car Club.
