William Ernest King, Jr.

William Ernest King, Jr. passed away on February 13, 2025 after a long respiratory illness. 

He was born in Macon, Georgia and was the son of Rose F. Mc Daniel and William Ernest King Sr.

He was preceded in death by both his parents and two brothers Michael D. McDaniel and James A. McDaniel.

He served honorably in the United States Air Force and was a service-connected disabled veteran. He was talented and artistic and he could make almost any machine work. He loved to draw and loved country music.

He will be greatly missed by all his friends and family our world will be darker without his blue eyes looking at us.

He is survived by his loving wife, Wendy King, his daughter Natasha Gant and her three sons Hunter Story, D.J. Angelo and Damion Angelo, his son, William “Billy” King III, his two sisters, Rose Marie Kohlmayer and Katherine King Bull, and various nieces and nephews in particular Chad Kohlmayer and his entire family. He is also survived by his many rescue cats and one dog who loved him.
