We know the job of the hospice professional is not an easy one. Since the transition from hospice to the funeral home can be quick, we want to be a resource, not a burden to our hospices. At Leaf, we want to provide resources to help assist hospices in the work they do to care for their patients and families.
Leaf App for Hospice
We developed an app to provide you with an easy and convenient way to have all our information readily available to show your patients who have questions about cremation. The app also makes it easy to contact us when your patient passes away and allows our own removal staff to get to your patient as quickly as possible. Cremation Center Tours
At Leaf, we want to be transparent about everything we do and we want you to have the confidence that your patients are in great hands when they come into our care. We welcome any hospice team to schedule a time to be given a tour of our cremation center in Acworth and see how the entire cremation process works.

We have a full-time staff member available to assist with any questions concerning the relationship between the hospice and the funeral home. We are happy to do an in-service with your hospice team to share our services and provide education about cremation.
